Embed fonts into Word documents?

Is it posible to embed the fonts used in a document into the file so if I
send it to someone it will be in the file?
 
Search Word's Help for words "embed fonts" for some ideas.

Since not documented in help, probably not an easy way; or at least easy
way to find out. Check Google, the Word FAQ, and await others to answer
I guess is all you can do.
