Embarressing Problem with Menus

Hi Again,

I'm really embarressed now. I wrote a MAcro to turn off all my too
bars and menus.

The turning off worked fine... but the turning back on didn't work.
Now I'm stuck and unable to turn anything on. I've tried righ
clicking but no toolbar options come up. I can't even access th
macros to try and figure out what went wrong.

I'm really stuck.

Please can anybody help me?

i think this was from don:



hit alt-f11

hit ctrl-g (to see the immediate window)
type this and hit enter:
application.commandbars("worksheet menu bar").Enabled = true

then
tools|customize|toolbars tab

search your drive for your *.xlb file. This holds menu customizations. If
you don't have any customizations you want to retain, you can just close
excel, then delete this file and reopen.

If you do have customizations you want to retain, then that isn't an option.
