emails

My e-mails are not the same since I had to call my internet server. They
come up with alot of words now and if they have pictures with them (like
flowers etc.) I can not bring them up like before. Have to have them come up
on my windows photo gallery which I do not want. Please help me am not
computer literate. Thank you

I have no idea what you are trying to explain. It does not make any sense. Can you
try and explain your issue in more precise and complete detail
