Emails vanish from inbox

Emails that are sent to my coworker are being received but after a few
minutes of them being there - they just disappear. They disappear whether
they are read or not. She usually clears her email inbox and saves all to
folders which she creates within Outlook. Why would this happen? Is it that
her large store of saved email in outlook is causing the ones coming in to
disappear? Please help!!! Important information is being lost.

Check the Rules to see if mail from you is being sent to
another folder, i.e., Deleted items, Junk mail, or other.

In addition to what Mr. Davis says, check the Reading Pane options as well.
