Emails Take long to load

As I scroll through me email messages in Microsoft Outlook, it takes a long
time for the email to load (as much as ten seconds) and show the text of the
email. This was not always the case. It used to be instant. With sometimes
250 email messages to clean up in one day, it can get quite tedious. Any
suggestions?
 
If you have Outlook 2002, try going to Tools -> Options -> Other and turning
off Instant Messaging integration.
