emails remain in outbox

when trying to send emails they remain stuck in the outbox with date:none in
normal print ( ie no italics). i can get around this by then forwarding the
email but this is cumbersome. i see from other postings on this subject
various suggestions to fix the problem but none have worked for me. could
someone at Microsoft not attend to this problem ahich is obviously quite
common and provide a solution?
 
What version of OL? Make sure you are not composing or editing mail in the
Outbox. Drag the stuck email to the Drafts folder, open it and press Send
again. See if that works.
