Emails printed from outlook are using a vary small font

For some reason Outlook has suddenly started printing emails using a very
small, almost unreadable, font size. This problem started a few days ago, I
think around the time that I upgraded to IE7, but this might simply be a
coincidence.

I have tested printing on a few different printers and the result is the
same with each. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this and how
to fix it?

I'm having same problem. One thing I think worked (as about 15 users
of my 75 are printing fine) was that upon initial setup, they unchecked
that "use clear type" on the initial IE7 configuration page (the one
where it asks you to select a search provider, etc.

I've gone in and blown away an afflicted user's profile, re-set it up,
and unchecked that option, and it still didn't work. Created a new
user with new profile, and wallah... I hate you micro$oft
