emails duplicating

I am computer illiterate. My emails are automatically duplicating, what to

You should ask this question in a different newsgroup, for starters:
you've posted this question in a newsgroup for the database program
Microsoft Access, which does not do EMail. If you're using the
Microsoft Help file or the web interface, look for a dropdown box that
says "Access". It shows up because it comes first in alphabetical
order, not because it's the place to "get access" to peer-support
help. Select the box and find your email program (which might be
Outlook or the quite different program Outlook Express).

Repost your question there with enough information (e.g. under what
circumstances and where do they duplicate) to allow someone to answer.

I can see why the goddess had problems...I've been trying to find
information re Outlokk Web Acess email ptogram for 30 minutes! hopefully your
response will resolve this for me
