emails are going to phone but not to outlook 2007

My emails are being downloaded to my cell phone, but are not showing up on my
Outlook 2007. My company is using Server Exchange. Any ideas about the
messed up settings?

How are you connecting to the Exchange server with the phone? Are you using
a POP interface? Some other interface?
