Emails are deleted once they are opened

I have a user that has his emails automatically deleted right after he
opens them. There are no rules applied or anything out of the ordinary
in his Outlook 2000 profile. Does anyone know how this feature was
enabled and how do you turn it off?
 
Never Mind. I found out that he had turned filtering on. Once I turned
it off, the emails started showing up.
 
Change his View settings to show All Messages instead of just Unread ones.
