Outlook Express has no such warning.

Outlook Express does not produce that message. It might be coming from gmail
(I'm not familiar with the program) or other software on your computer, e.g.
antivirus software.

Contact your ISP. They are probably filtering your email. Also, if this
only happens when your sending to a certain recipient, get them to contact
their ISP. Have you tried sending to yourself? If you have same trouble
sending to yourself then it may well be your ISP.
One more thing, ask your recipient to check in outlook express: 'Tools'
'Options' 'Security" Uncheck the box , "Do not allow attachments to be
saved or opened that could potentially be a virus"
