Emailing worksheets from Excel and Word

Just recently when I try to email my work to a mail recipient, it goes
through my hotmail account, this account is personal so I don't want to use
it for business work. Can anyone tell me why this is happening as it never
did before and also the email icon on the tool bar no longer appears, I have
to go through "send to" and it connects me to hotmail.

Thanks for any help you can give, I have tried everything to correct this.
 
Hi Trish

Try this first

Close Excel first and check out if Outlook or Outlook Express/Windows Mail is your mail program for Office.
Start>Settings>Control Panel....Internet options (Program Tab)
In Vista : Start>Default programs
 
Thank you so much, never thought of looking there, it worked and I really
appreciate your help. I will know if it ever happens again.
