Emailing PowerPoint

Hey! I am trying to send a PowerPoint presentation to some employees as an
attachment via email. However, I want it to open in full screen when they
double-click the icon. I can't figure this out! It opens in slide view, not
full screen. We have many computer-illiterate employees (even more so than
myself!), and I don't want to have to try to explain to them how to get the
presentation in full screen mode. Some don't even know where F5 is on the
keyboard. Can this be done and, if so, can someone help me??

Are you sending a PPT file or a PPS file? If you save the file as a show
(PPS) and send that, it should open in play mode.

Save it as a PowerPoint Show (*.pps). You'll find this under Save as type
when you choose Save as from the File menu (you'll have to scroll down to
see this type).
