emailing pictures

I am trying to email pic go to gallary select pic , then select size(need to
reduce) hit attach and next thing picture downloads but can't find it

Windows Mail has problems attaching pictures that are still open in some
other program. Try saving the picture to a file, closing all programs that
use that file, and then attaching that file to a message.
