Emailing pictures. Won't make pictures smaller anymore. Any though

Hello,

I am not sure why, but for some reason when I email pictures I am not given
the option to make them smaller before sending anymore. This is a feature I
like to use a lot and would love to get back working again. Any thoughts
please?
