Emailing photo's

When I email photo's I select two that I want to send and I also
select to make them smaller. I want a certain photo to be first as
in a before & after situation. How do I manage the order that the
photo's appear in my email. Using Windows xp.

Save the email to drafts.
If the order is not correct, rearrange them.
