Emailing / importing Distribution lists

Hi all,

I'm trying to email a distribution list (both use Outlook 2003). I've
read from previous post about sending it as RTF and inserting as an
outlook item. However when the email is received it can be opened to
view but it can't be added to the contacts. Hitting 'save and close'
does not do much and hitting update causes a warning message about the
contacts not existing...

Describe in more detail how you did this. It works for everyone else.
Make sure your recipient isn't set to receive in plain text only.
