Emailing accounts from Business Contact Manager

I recently imported my Act Data into Outlook and Business Account Manager (2003). My Act Groups turned into Accounts in Business Account Manager. I was able to email these entire groups in Act. It there a way to email accounts in Outlook without having to setup distribution lists? If no, is there an easy way to set up distribution list from an account list? I would like to be able to be able to manage distribution lists from within the business contact manager.

Go to the Business Contacts folder. Choose the By Account view. Select all
contacts in an account and choose Actions | New Mail to Contacts.
Alternatively, to send individual messages, use Tools | Mail Merge and mail
all selected items.
