I am having difficulty sending this email out. It looks fine when received in
outlook, however, when I sent it to a hotmail or yahoo email address, the
layout gets messed up. Any words of advice?

My team leader doesn't want me to sent it as an attachment. He wants it to
come across in the body of the email. Any suggestions?

Word documents and HTML format used in e-mail have different formatting
requirements. If you want to maintain Word formatting you are going to have
to send it as an attachment. If you want to format the body of the text
before you send it as an e-mail then switch to web view and format it there
is you wish.

You have no control over how a user reads the message or how his/her mail
reader is configured to display a message, hence the recommendation to send
as an attachment and preferably as PDF if you want to ensure the recieved
item is as you sent it.
