How do I email a Pp presentation that when the recipient clicks on the
attachment it automatically starts playing the show?

Dan,

Assuming they have powerpoint (or the free ppt viewer installed).... just
rename your presentation file from

a .ppt to a .pps

or open your presentation in powerpoint

file menu > save as > change the filetype to 'show' (which does the renaming
for you)

cheers

You can save the presentation as PowerPoint Show so that it opens into the
slide show immediately when clicked. To do so, in PowerPoint, click File >
Save As. Under Save As Type, select PowerPoint Show (.pps).
