I recently treid to help a friend of mine with an email
problem. I have never seen this particular problem
before. His email is received and the subject line is i
tact. The body of the email is missing. If he sends an
email the entire email is fine. However, if he looks in
his sent box the email is again missing the body of th
eemail. His microsoft updates are current along with his
virus definitions. Nothing malicious is detected. Spybot
has been run to detect and block any spyware along with a
Norton Firewall to protect his PC. I would expect that
the only thing left is a corrupted Outlook Express by I
am by no means an expert. Has anyone seen anything like
this before? If so a response to the above email would be
very much appreciated.
 
Yes, I am experiencing the same problem myself, as is a
few other people on this forum, as I have replied to
another thread concerning this very problem. I cannot
see the messages in any folder, as they have no text.
The subject is fine, but there is no text. As I am sure
everyone else does, I would love to resolve this problem
VERY quickly.
 
I expirience the same. I am looking for days for solution
over the internet, but nothing works.

I tried registering those .dll, but nothing.
I tried updating Office - nothing.
I tried "Detect& repair" - nothing

I am apsolutely positive that people ARE sending me
emails, because I am on the phone with my friend, he sends
me email and I recieve blank email.
I tried everything.
If people send me email with attachement, attachement
disapears.

I am DESPERATE.

In addition, some of the web pages do not open in MS IE.
They just don't.
example: www.civil.ge - It says done, and it's completely
blank. When I check the source, it shows the code.

Lots of people are experiencing this. Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup.
