I am getting undeliverable email messages for email I
didn't send but has my address on it. Any ideas?

A Virus infected machine has your address somewhere on the hard drive and
the virus is spoofing the From field with your email address. There is
nothing you can do about it.

I suggest that you use the Message rule to filter them.
Mark them as read and send to a "JUNK" folder that you will have to create.
When you are sure that it's working correctly change to rule to delete from
the server.
