email is received but it will not open i have senders
name and also subject but nothing else
 
maybe it is a blank page or a virus that has been blocked or
deleted by the ISP or your local anti-virus or firewall.

Why not email the "sender" (in quotes because the sender may
have been spoofed) and ask what it was and did they send you
such and such email.

Have you right clicked on the email header and selected
"properties" to see what is hidden?

if not, delete it.
