After an IMPORTANT upgrade, my email has slowed to a pace of a snail. It has
affected other programs too. At times I can't open an attachment. Whats
wrong with your upgrade? Don't you test these before heaping them on the
public?

It isn't our upgrade. No one here works for MS. We are all volunteers.

Which upgrade specifically? What exactly happens when you try to send or
receive?

What upgrade? Windows Mail hasn't received any upgrades.
We only deal with the Windows Mail program here.
