Keep having problems with my email. Latest issue that I tried to send an
email and when I click on Create Mail I get the error message "There is an
error opening this message. There is not enough memory" What is going on?
I open my mail using Windows Mail and have Vista

That symptom may be caused by interference from an antivirus program.
Which antivirus are you running?
As a minimum, email scanning in the antivirus should be turned off,
although that may not be sufficient to eliminate all bad effects.
In a worst case scenario, your antivirus may need to be uninstalled.

Email scanning in any antivirus should be disabled, for reasons
explained here:

If no improvement after disabling email scanning, consider upgrading
to Windows Live Mail, because it is less prone to suffering bad effects
from overly intrusive antivirus programs:

Dear cher.
I read your problem and it sound like to me that there may be a
problem with the link you have got to send e-mails. My advice to you cher is
that you should get in contact with your service provider and tell them about
your problem.
