Someone sent me a message from their AOL account on Wednesday night. Since
that time the eamil keep receiving in my email box. I have gotten over a
thousand copies of this same email.

I added the sender to my block senders list, but it still recieving in my
junk email folder. This is keep me from getting any other mail.

What can I do to stop this one email from duplicating and coming to me.

Log into your mailbox using a web interface and see if the message is in the
mailbox. If so, delete it there. If it's not in the mailbox, Outlook
cannot download it.
