I have HP notebook with Vista at home I use high speed cable, on the go I use
sprint broadband card. I could use either with my XP machine. Is there a way
to utilize both without changing the server for each identity.

No. Mail providers have been tightening up the loopholes in their
networks. If you use port 25 for SMTP, you must use the server
belonging to the connection provider. For more on this topic see
