I have a problem with all my office computer with windows
xp home, all email with attachment(>10kb) cannot be sent
out. When i check using Sygate firewall, i noticed that
the outgoing traffic will increase to ~1 Mb and stop there
for quite some time no matter how big the attachment will
be?

Do you have any other computers that do this? If your
other computers do this, then it is probably a regulation
by the ISP. cox only allows 5mb max to be recieved, but
I'm not sure about sending (im pretty sure they regulate
that to). If its your firewall that's stopping it, then
you should check with Sygate and see if there is a way to
allow larger outgoing email. you might be able to turn
off the email part, if you don't care about loosing that
protection, like in norton. if they have an online
knowledge base, that would be a good place to check to
see if its a problem. Hope this helps Michael H
