Email with attached photos, then scrolling through them in PicMgr

When I open an email w/multiple attachments, I click on the 1st attachment
and Picture Mgr loads the file I've chosen, but I then have to close Pictue
Mgr (or whatever viewer I've chosen as my default) to open subsequent photos
-- but I'd really like to be able to scroll thru all the attached photos
inside my viewer, following arrows forward and back. Pls let me know when
this capability is available.

It's available now if you save all the pictures to a folder and view them
from there. Pictures in a mail message are not on disk until they are
opened for viewing so there's no way any viewer will be able to show you
attachments you haven't opened yet.

Why then when I use outlook express email messages that contain photo
attachments are displayed in the message, no need to open up any other
programs, however outlook wont allow me to do this. It displays the
attachments as icons which I have to open up individually.

Perhaps a thumbnail image when reading the email would be useful? Browsing
attatchments should be like browsing through an ordinary folder.
