Email will not close after sending w/ attachment

This is occurring on multiple machines running Office 2007 12.0.6300.5000 SP1
MSO 12.0.6213.1000.

Rt click any file
Send to ---> Mail Recipient
Put in To: address
Click send
Email item does not close but email is sent after checking sent items
Email item has to be closed manually

Issue does not occur when manually attaching file during typical email
creation.

Only changes to system were regular Office and OS updates downloaded and
installed.

We're also experiencing this issue on 3/3 systems I've tested. If we do a Send To -> Mail Recipient, then cancel the email, you similarily have to close the Outlook window afterwards.

We are running the same Outlook version, but I believe the problem in our case is related to a Salesforce.com Outlook add-in - so I'm going to try the latest version.

You can confirm it's an Add-in issue by disabling some of your add-ins via tools, Trust Center, Add-ins, select COM Add-Ins, Go, and remove non-MS add-ins. Confirm it functions properly, then re-enable each add-in until the problem re-occurs (and you'll have the culprit).
