EMAIL W/ ATTACHMENTS SLOW!

BL

1 Client out of 5 has a severe delay in opening any email
with an attachment. No other network problems (can
download network files quickly, etc.). Other emails open
fine, and once it opens the email you can open the
attachment quickly.

Environment: Outlook 2003, pulling from Exchange 2003
from Small Business Server. Client also has Office 2000
loaded on machine.

Thanks for any help!
 
Maybe one of these questions will help...

1. Cached or traditional mode?

2. Does the end user have an antivirus product installed? Can it (or does
it) scan e-mail? Is it configured to scan PST/OST files?

3. Low hard drive space and/or is the drive fragmented?
