I'm suddenly no longer able to receive emails. The message that comes up is:
Account: 'mail.cheshirehomes.ca', Server: 'mail.cheshirehomes.ca', Protocol:
POP3, Server Response: '-ERR authorization first', Port: 110, Secure(SSL):
No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18
I've disabled the UAC so it's no longer asking for username and password.
Any suggestions? Thanks
 
Try this:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."

It is not recommended to disable UAC. It is there for your protection.
