Email unsubscribe/subscribe utility or application

I am looking for a program that will allow my family and friends to
subscribe/unsubscribe to my weekly newsletter.
Is there anything for the hobbyist/club/person who only has about 200
people in total to send them weekly news without getttting those awful
spam packages.

Ideally, I would like to add (manually) those who are already on my list
(I have to use BCC feature in email) and then send out a newsletter with
them having the option to unsubscribe without me having to delete them
off.
Some websites have an encrypted link which doesn't show the actual email
address. What is there in the freeware offering available for the home
enthusiast or an add-in for Outlook...which would be better than having
a new program?
Thanks

I have been very happy using http://www.googlegroups.com to host a small mailing list for one organization that I'm a member of. Yahoogroups.com and msn.com also have free mailing list services, but I think theirs always include ads. Google's doesn't.

What I wouldn't do is try to maintain it in Outlook.
