email to numerous recipients

How do I avoid an email getting stuck in Outlook Outbox when I'm sending to
numerous recipients causing many, many copies of one email to be sent to the
recipients?

I don't know the answer, but I think I know what you mean. I've had several
instances where an e-mail has become lodged in my outbox and keeps
continually getting sent without moving to the sent items. Someone advised me
that it was probably due to some sort of communication failure between my PC
and my ISP where the ISP thought the e-mail was new and to be sent, and my PC
was not getting any sort of notification back from the ISP that the e-mail
had been sent.

You're not providing any details to work with here, but my guess would be
that you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook. Disable this
integration and try again.
