Email time zone issue

In Outlook, an email is displayed with the Sent time on
12/09/2004 1:35 PM. But the property of
PR_CLIENT_SUBMIT_TIME has 12/09/2004 6:35 PM. I know
PR_CLIENT_SUBMIT_TIME has the GMT time. How do I get the
right display time for PR_CLIENT_SUBMIT_TIME based on the
locale? Thanks.

Just found out Redemption's MapiUtil has the methods to
convert from UTC to Local and Local to UTC. Cool.
