does anyone know how to use email stationeries in replies? when i try to use
it, the images don't always show. the only way i seem to do it (and it
doesn't always work) is by adding the stationery int eh signature folder and
selecting it in tools > options > mail format.

any help would be appreciated.

thanks

Outlook always sends replies in the same format as the received message. It's
considered impolite to change the format/stationery since some businesses do
not allow html mail or stationery.

it still happens if i receive an html email, though. is there anywhere in
outlook that you can make it appear by default, like you do with new messages.

I also have this problem and have tried hosting the image elsewhere, saving
it in the stationery folder and saving it in the signature folder. Does
anyone have any ideas?

Help!
