email signatures from Word

When wanting to send a document from Word as an attachment (where an email
screen pops up), when I select Insert Signature, the spacing of my signature
is distorted -- double spaced. My email format is set to html.

When wanting to send a document from Word as an attachment (where an

Why is this occurring?

When you created your HTML signature, I suspect you pressed Enter between
lines. Enter in HTML means <P>, so when your lines are rendered they have a
paragraph space inserted betwen them. Use Shift-Enter to signify you want
<BR> instead. Your signature should be properly rendered then.
