email sending error

Hello, I wanted to ask about an error I have when I sent email to certain
addresses the error is as follows

"Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: Banco de hielo nuevo
Sent: 11/13/2007 3:52 PM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

'Orlando Fonseca' on 11/13/2007 3:52 PM
550 not local host sica.co.cr, not a gateway

Does the email go through if you send to that person
alone? If not, check that address since it looks
like a name and not an email address.

Note that if your connection to the email server goes
through some other internet provider's equipment
before it gets to the server's provider, connections
are often blocked to cause problems for spammers
especially if they use port 25.

The problem goes on even if it is one person or a bunch of them, I have seen
that inmediately as the mail goes out it appears a message back as I shown
earlier

Then that email address is probably not a correct address.

A valid email address always includes an '@' somewhere inside it. It has to
be assigned by a valid email provider, usually an ISP.
