Email rules

How do i set a rule to leave emails to a specific recipient on the server -
in te case where > 1 person shares an email account with different names e.g.
(e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed) where the parent account is
(e-mail address removed)
 
Outlook does not support any rule action to leave specific messages on the
server.
