Outlook XP - Windows XP

I have created a rule so whenever I send an email, a blind carbon copy is
sent to me. However, there are times when I perform an email merge in Word
that results in a BCC copy of every email sent from my datasource also being
sent to my inbox (sometimes in the 100's). Is there any modification I can
add to the rule in Outlook that will keep this from happening??

Thanks for considering this,

Jeff

Try creating an 'except' clause that makes sense. Maybe check for some text
that's unique to one of these mail merged items or a category the items are
assigned,

Hi Jeff,

Could you share your rule? I like to bcc to myself on sent mails.

Thanks, Norman.

Amazing. This was settled as a standard feature of Netscape 2.0 years ago.
No one tried to charge anything extra - - you just enter the bcc address.
