Email reply missing part of original message

Once in awhile, when I hit Reply on an email that has already been
replied to (back and forth) a few times, the most recent text from the
other person is not copied to the reply message.

If I scroll down, all of the previous replies will be there, but not
the most recent one.

This only happens occasionally. I cannot identify any common factors.

Is this a known problem and is there a cure?

Thanks

I am having the same problem! I now use an "sbcglobal.net" email address and
download into Outlook Pro 2000. My problem is just like yours, but it also
places my reply below the original message. And each time we go back and
forth replying, my reply continues to be below the previous reply by me ...
and all buried down in the email string. It only happens with Yahoo and SBC
emailers who contact me.

Hmmm... The one that this happened with just today was from Yahoo. I
can't remember if the other were or not. It happens occasionally.

Is there some funny codes in messages from Yahoo and SBC accounts?

In any case, Outlook ought to be able to handle it.

Guess I will have to pay the $35 for Outlook support since we have received
no replies! Thanks.

Well, if you do and you get a good reply that works, I'll reimburse
you for at least the $35. ;-)
