Email Reminders?

My database requires managers to follow up with employees
on a variety of frequencies; weekly, every Tuesday or
monthly.

Is it possible to create a form that can send reminders to
manangers emails just like Outlook does?

If so,how would you go about creating this form?

You can start by looking at the SendObject function in help.
That's the easiest way of sending out email.
