Email receiving to four users vista

Cannot get emails to arrive in all users at the same time, only user logged
on get up to date emails.
When others logg in inbox not up to date.
How can i do this please

I'm not at all sure what you're trying to accomplish.
I take it you have four different Windows users on one machine,
and they all use the same email address?
Unless you have configured all four to leave mail on the server,
the first one to download a message will make it unavailable
for the other three.
