Email reading at lower screen resolutions

notices I regularly send out email to the members of our car club using
Outlook 2003. I am using a screen resolution of 1024 by 768. I also use
Word 2003 to edit and read my email. I have been notified by some members
that they cannot read my emails without scrolling across the screen. When I
have called the members to trouble-shoot, I find they are using a screen
resolution of 800 by 640. Is there anyway that these members can be
accomodated to read my emails without scrolling across the screen? I have
suggested they change their screen resolution to 1024 by 768 but they tell me
that their 19 inch monitors make the print to small for them to read when
that resolution is selected.

I would suggest you don't use Word as the e-mail editor. Try that and see if
it helps.
Also, if your reciepients find that the characters are too small for their
19" screen, they can always increase the icon size, font size, icon
vertical/horizontal spacing.
