Outlook 2007 - Received Image Too Small

I have a user who will copy and paste an image into an HTML email and it
looks exacltly like the source. When the email is received in Outlook by
another user the image looks really small and unreadable. Essentially, the
image shrinks once sent. I've check all Outlook settings and can't find
anything different on her computer. I checked the resolution on her computer
and it's the same as the recipients - 1024 x 768. We're using Office 2007 on
Exchange 2003. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
