email problems

How do I get my email to automaticllly upsate when I receive a new email and
to automatically send one? Now I have to click on the send/receive button to
receive and send.
 
tools/ options/mail setup click send immedialty, click
send/receive to the right and you can send/receive automatically ever so
often 5 mins, or what you like
