email problems

I have problems with my email ID, I can't sign in any window with my
(e-mail address removed), I tried to sign in to get my ID right, I am having
problems, I need some help, thanks from Jose
 
Not sure what "can't sign in any window" means.
A window of which program?

Can you access your webmail via http://mail.yahoo.com?
If your password is not accepted there, you need to call AT&T
Internet customer service.
