Email problems

A few days ago I couldn´t connect to Internet and after that I have had
problems with Windows mail. First I couldn´t recive or send mail. Then I
receive mail but can´t send. I get this messege

Det gick inte att ansluta till servern. Ämne '', Konto: 'pop.glocalnet.net',
Server: 'smtp.glocalnet.net', Protokoll: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure (SSL): Nej,
Socket-fel: 10061, Felnummer: 0x800CCC0E

I take it that Glocalnet is your home ISP. When you got that error
message, was your Internet connection being obtained through
Glocalnet, or were you sending from a laptop away from home?

I get the same error but with netzero.com. I can receive mail, but not send,
and I am using the laptop from a remote location? Something I need to change?

Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(I removed this, but it is my correct
email) @netzero.com'. Subject 'test', Account: 'POP.netzero.com', Server:
'SMTP.netzero.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '450
smtpout05.dca.untd.com Authentication required', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 450, Error Number: 0x800CCC78
