windows mail out of order after downloading vista upgrade

Hello, I just downloaded the Vista Upgrade-Version. Since then I cannot send
or receive emails. The error message is" Fehler bei der Verbindung zum
Server. Konto: 'popmail.t-online.de', Server: 'popmail.t-online.de',
Protokoll: POP3, Port: 110, Secure (SSL): Nein, Socketfehler: 10061,
Fehlernummer: 0x800CCC0E"

Vista Upgrade Version? I don't know what that is.
Service Pack 1 (SP1) and SP2 are available, if that's what you mean.

I don't see any obvious error in your settings.
Which antivirus are you running? Some of them cause problems with
Windows Mail over time.
