I am currently using Earthlink's Webmail for email. I am
having a problem when I want to forward certain emails
that as soon as I hit the forward button I get the
following message: "Internet Explorer has encountered a
problem and must close. Sorry for the inconvenience." I
am using Internet Explorer 6 and show that I have
downloaded Service Pack 1 as well. I have deleted my
internet cookies too. According to Earthlink, they feel
this is a problem with my internet explorer when
Earthlink logs on as me on a different computer,
everything is fine. No error message. Please advise on
how to fix my problem. Thank you.
